10% GST will be added to all services on this website at the time of booking

A 20% non-refundable booking fee will be taken at the time of booking. Any cancellation made 3 days or less from the start date will incur a 50% charge to the total amount of your pet’s stay, whether boarding or training. This is considered a cancellation fee.

Prior to our Master Handlers working with your pets, they must be fully vaccinated with a current C5 vaccination for dogs and an F3 for cats, and a certificate must be signed by your vet. After your dog has been trained by the Sydney Dog Training Centre, it is your responsibility to maintain control and continue your dog’s training. If your dog is classified as dangerous, it must always remain on a lead and be muzzled. We do not take any responsibility if your dog bites any person or animal.

We do not dock puppies’ tails when mating to your bitch from our stud dogs. We do not take any responsibility if you dock your puppies’ tails. All puppies and adult dogs have been vet-checked, microchipped, wormed, and vaccinated. NOTE: Ages of dogs for sale are listed at the time the photos are taken and may change as months pass. Dogs are priced based on ability, not age.

Some dogs may need slip safety check chains or collars to maintain control during training. The check chain is only used for safety — to protect handlers and trainers and prevent dogs from slipping free.

Some dogs cannot be trained using treats, clickers, or the trust technique due to aggressive behavior.

A 20% booking fee is taken when booking your animal into the Sydney Dog Training Centre or for home lessons. If you cancel your booking for any reason, the 20% deposit will be held as a cancellation fee. This applies to all deposits paid on this website or in person at the Centre.

Appointments must be attended on time. If you miss your appointment, it will be rescheduled, and any extra costs will be at your expense.

Closed shoes must be worn to enter the Sydney Dog Training Centre at all times.

Videos and photos taken while your dog is in training or during your lessons are for our records only. Customers are not permitted to use or share any photos or videos on social media.

No photos or videos are allowed to be taken by customers or any accompanying persons while at the Centre.

No photos or videos of pets in training or boarding will be sent to personal phones, social media, or emails.

All phone calls and text messages are limited to one per week after placing your pet into training or boarding. John, our head trainer, will not respond to text messages as it disrupts training time.

If your pet stays longer than the due pickup date, you will be charged the daily boarding cost based on pet size.

If your pet requires a veterinarian visit, all veterinary costs will be your responsibility.

If you or anyone accompanying you is rude or abusive toward staff, you will be asked to leave. Any property damage, verbal abuse, or threats will result in legal action under NSW law.

A 10% holiday surcharge applies from 1st December to 31st January. Deposits placed during this period confirm your booking duration; if you shorten your pet’s stay, there will be no refund for unused days.

When surrendering your pet, you must complete a Change of Owner Details (C3A) form and submit it to your local council per the Companion Animals Act 1998 and Regulation 1999. If you pay a surrender fee but do not surrender your pet, or rehome it afterward, no refund will be issued. All surrender fees must be paid upfront before leaving your pet with us.

Any dog, cat, bird, or other animal left, dumped, or not picked up on the due date will be considered abandoned. Legal action will be taken, as you have signed an agreement to retrieve your pet and pay any remaining balance.

Our operating hours are by appointment only: Monday–Saturday 9am–5pm, Sunday 10am–3pm. If you have not booked an appointment, we will not be able to see you.
